<br /> Whereas, in an action of partition pending in the Distriet Court of Hall County, Nebrasl�a, wherei�
<br /> Thomas Hostler et �.l are plaintiffs, and Edward. H.Hostler et al are defendants, for the partition �

<br /> of the following described premisea, to-wit:
<br /> The Northeast Quarter of Section 9, in Township 11, North of Rr�..nge 10, We�t of the 6th P.I�. in
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> together with other land, the undersigned referees, appointed by saia court to make partition of i;
<br /> said premises, ma,de their report in writing, duly signed, settin$ forth that actual partition of '
<br /> said premises eould not be made without great pre�udice to the ow ners thereof, whleh report was `

<br /> ' described, together with other land, at the north front door of the courthouse in Grand Island,
<br /> ; Hall County, Nebraska, on Friday, the 5th day of April, A.D. �.935, at the hour bf two o�clock in ;!
<br /> the afternoon of said day, and under the terms and provisions therein stated.

<br /> for s�,le at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, and sold the same to Roy Salsbury, oP ��
<br /> = Grand Isl�nd,Nebraska, for the aum of �3,000.00, he being the highest bidder there�or:

<br /> And aftera�ards, on the 24th day of May, A.D. 1935, the said court approved and conPirmed said sal�,
<br /> ' and by order directed us, the said rePerees, to execute to the purchaser, Roy 3alabury, a deed

<br /> conveying sa.id premises to him in fee simple.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, we, B.J.Cunningham a.nd Claude A.Davis, referees, in c�nsideration of the premises '.',
<br /> and the sum of �3,000.00 so bid and paid by said purchaser, said Roy Salsbury, and by virtue of
<br /> the power vested in us by law as such referees, do by these presents grant, sell, bargain, and
<br /> convey unto the said Roy Salsbury, and to his heirs and assigns, the real estate described as
