<br /> said notice had been �ublished for more than thirty days we offered sald lands, to wit :
<br /> 'The Southtif�est �ua.rter ( SG��) a.nd the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of the 1Vorthwest Quarter (ATW4) of

<br /> for sale at public auction, and sold the same to Edith Abbott and Grace Abbott, as �oint tennants ,'
<br /> and not as tennants in common, for the sum of �10,900.00, they being the highest bidders therefor,; �
