<br /> as Sheriff of said County, was ordered to execute a deed of said premises to the said Henry B. .{

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, the sai.d Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursuance of
<br /> the order of said Court, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises, and by virtue of the
<br /> powers in me vested by la�, do hereby given grant , xid convey unto the said Henry B.Boyden, his
<br /> heirs, and assigns, the premises sold as aforesaid, to-wit: A11 ,of The East Half of the 8outhv�e�st
