<br /> That lWhereas, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for Hall County, wherein The State Savings and Loan Association was Plaintiff, and
<br /> B.E.Farris and Hazel Farris were Defendante, it �vas by said Court at the �ctober Term thereof,
<br /> A.D. ,1932, to-wit, on the 5th day of November, A,D. � 1932, considered, adjudged, and decreed that "
