<br /> That ti'�hereas, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> �vithin and for Hall County, wherein Ida L.Thompson �vas Plaintiff, and A.J.Anderson, '
<br /> Anderson, his wife, first real name unknovan, were Defendants, it was by said �ourt at the October ;
<br /> Term thereof, A.�.,1931, to-wit, on the y�th day of February, A.D. ,1932, eonsidered, adjudged, and ',

<br /> after described be foreclosed and forever barred, and that the 8heriff of said Hall County cause �
<br /> the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised, and sold accordin� to law; and
<br /> whereas the said defendants having made default therein, Daniel Sanders, aa Sheriff of said County�,
<br /> under and by virtue of the order of said Court to him direeted, did, on the 23rd day of January, '
<br /> A.D. ,1933, at the north door of the court house in the city of Grand Island, in said County of
<br /> Hall (the same being the place �herein the District Court �as last held in said County) , having
<br /> first gi.ven due and legal notice of the time and plaee of said sale, for not less than thirty day�
<br /> prior thereto, in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a le�;al newspap er printed and in general
<br /> circulation in said County vf Hall, sell the said premises at public auction to Ida L.Thompson
<br /> (she being the highes't and best bidder �herefor) for the sum of Three hundred fifty and 00/100
<br /> DOLLARS, whieh sale was afterv�ards at the February Term of said Court, A.D. ,1933, examined and
<br /> confirmed, and the said Daniel Sanders, as 3heriff of said County, was ordered to execute a deed '
<br /> of said premis�s to the said Ida L.Thompson
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel Sanders, as sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursuance of �
<br /> the order of said Court, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises, and l�t virtue of the
<br /> powers in me vested by law, do hereby give, grant, and convey unto the said Ida L.Thompson, her �'
