<br /> WHLREAS, a voluntaxy petition in bankruptcy was filed in the �Jnited States District Court for the
<br /> District of Nebraska, the Grand Island Division, on the 27th day of June, 1932, by John E.Harper,
<br /> and thereafter, the said John E.Harper was duly adjudicated bankrupt on the 27th day of June, 193 �
<br /> by A.C.�ayer, referee in bankruptcy,before avhom such proceedings were heard, and that thereaf ter,
<br /> on the F�th day of July, 1932, the undersigned, Paul Newell, �aas duly appointed the Trustee of the
<br /> said bankrupt estate and effects , and thereupon was duly qual�fied, and ha.s been ever since and
<br /> ' now ie acting as such Trustee, and

<br /> �iEREAS, upon the application of the undersigned Trustee for authority to sell and convey the rea

<br /> � i and convey the certain real estate hereinafter described to the �food River Building and Laan Asso
<br /> ciation of Wood River, Nebraska, for the swn of Forty Dollars (��0.00) , receipt whereof is hereby
<br /> acknovaledged, but subject , however, to such .unpaid taxes against said premises which are now due r
<br /> assessed, and subject to all other incumbrances, and .
<br /> � WHEREAS, pursuant to the said order, the said undersigned has sold to the said Wood River Buildin
<br /> , and I�oan Association of t�ood River, Nebraska, subject to all incumbrances of record, including
