<br /> That tI�HEFtEAS, on the 16th day of October, 1931, The Penn I�utual Life Insurance Company, of Phila-
<br /> delphia� Pennsy�vania, a Cor�oration, as Plaintiff, filed it►s �iZl in equity in the D3.strict
<br /> Court of the United �tates, District of Nebraska, for the Grand Island Divi�ion, against B.J.
<br /> Cunningham, Mary A.Cunningham; J.B.Hradshaw, real name unknown; and Bradshaw, real name
<br /> unknovcn, wif e of J.B.Bradsha�, defendants, in which suit in equity, there was sought to foxeclosu e,
<br /> a firs'� Iien upon the property hereina,fter described, and VGHEREAS, in such proceeding on the 29th
<br /> da.y of December, 1931, a decree of forec2osure v�as entered by the Honorable Thomas C.�dunger,Judge
<br /> of the United States District Court, for the District of Nebraska, in the Gxand Island Di�rision,
<br /> thereof, and Daniel H.�dcClenaha,n, the first pasty herein, was duly appointed Special Master in
<br /> said decree of foreclosure to sell said property and to execute and carry out said decree, and
<br /> WHEREAS, in pursuance to such appointment, the said Special BQaster, aftervsards on the llth day of
<br /> November, 193�, after due advertisement and notice of sale as prescribed in the said decree, and
<br /> as required by law, offered said described lands and tenements for sale at Publie Auetion, in the
<br /> manner specified, and as directed in said decree, and as required by law, and sold the same to Th
<br /> Penn �utual Lif e In�ura,nee Company, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a Corporation, party of the
<br /> second paxt herein, for �he sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars (�3,500.�0) , it being the
<br /> highest and best bidder therefor , and WHEREAS, on the 16th day of November, 19�2, the said Specia
<br /> Master, party of the first paxt herein, did duly ma.ke and file his_ repor� of said sale, to the
<br /> District Court of the United States of the District of Nebraska, in the Grand Island Division
<br /> thereof, that being the Court exercising original jurisdiction in said suit, which s�id report an
<br /> the said s�.le after due notice and hearing on objections were, by the decree of the Honorable
<br /> Thomas C.Munger, Judge of said Court, made on the 27.st day t�f November, 1932, duly approved and
<br /> confirmed and said Special Master, having been or dered to make the said purehaser, The Penn Mutua
<br /> Lif e Insurance Company, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a Corpor ation, a deed to the premises and .
<br /> property hereinafter described and sold by him, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the said purchaser, The Penn �utual Life Insurance Company, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvani ,
<br /> a Corporation, party of the s econd part, has complied with, and fulfilled the terms of said decre
<br /> of the Court and the terms of said sale and, paid the amount so bid by it, as aforesaid to this
<br /> Special Master , party of the first part. . '
