<br /> That t�'hereas, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for Hall County, wherein The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebra��a, a corporation, veas Plaintiff , and Gladyg Falk, Harry F.Falk, and John Doe, real and true
<br /> name unknown, . were Defendants, it was by said Court at the October Term thereof, A.D. ,1931, to-wit,
<br /> on the 25th day of Ja.nuasy A.D. ,1932, considered, adjud�ed, and decreed that in default of the
<br /> payment to the Clerk of the District Court of the costs of said action, and to The Equitable Build
<br /> ing and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a corporation, the s�am of �2117.1� with ia-
<br /> t:er�es� thereon from January 25, 1932 at the rate of � per cent, within twentp days from the da.te
<br /> of such judgment and decree, that the equity of redemption of each and alI of said defendants in

<br /> a legal newspaper printed and in general cireulation in said County of Ha11, sell_the said premise
<br /> I at public auction to The Equitable Building & Laan Association of Grand Island,Ha11 County, Rebras a
<br /> ( it being the highest and best bidder therefor) for the sum of Two Thousand and 00/100 DOLLARS,
<br /> �rhich sale was afterwaxds at the �ctober Term of said Court A.D. ,1932, exa,mined and confirmed, and
<br /> the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of said County, a�as ordered to execute a deed of said premises
<br /> �to the said The Equitable Building � Loan Association of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> NOW, THEREF�RE, I, the said Daniel Sanders, as sheriff of HaI2 County, Nebraska, in pursuance of
<br /> the order of said Cour�, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises, and by virtue of the
<br /> po�ers in me u�ested by law, do_ hereby give, grant, and convep unto the said 3'he Equitable Building
