<br /> it was by said Court a� the Detober Term thereof, A.D. ,193i, to-wit, on the 2�+th day of December:

<br /> 00/100 DOL�ARB, which sale was afterwards at th e October Term of said Court, A.D. ,1932, ezamined
<br /> and confirmed, and the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of said County, was ordered to execute a
<br /> deed of said premises to the said Home 3avings � Loan Assoeiation, a eorporation,
<br /> AOW, THER�FORE, I, the said Daniel 9anders, as Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursuance of
<br /> the order of said Court, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises, and by virtue of the
<br /> powers in me vested by law, do hereby give, grant, and convey u.nto the s aid Home $avings � Loan
<br /> A�sociation, a corporation, i�s suecessors and assi�ns, the premises sold as aforesaid, to-wit;
<br /> All of The Easterly 2.� feet of Lot Nine (9) , and all of Lot Ten (10) in Block Nineteen (19) , in
<br /> Wa�I.iehss Addition to Grand Island,Ha11 County, Nebraska, with all and singular the appurtances
