<br /> That GP'hereas: in an aetion ia the District Court of the Ele�enth Judieial District of I�ebraska,
<br /> within and for Hall County, wherein_Occidental Building a.nd Loan Association, was Plaintiff, and
<br /> Isaac H.Jaq, Cora B.Jay, Joe _Alexander, Alexander Brothers, and Gus Nelson, �ere Defendants, it
<br /> was by said Court at the October Term thereof, A.D. ,1931, to-�►it, on the 7th day of December, A.D.
<br /> 1931, considered, adjudged, and decreed tha� in default of the payment to the Clerk of the Distri t
<br /> Court of the costs of said aetion, and to Occidental Building � Loan Assoeiation the sum of #391.
<br /> with iaterest thereon from December 3, 1931 �at the rate of 10 per eent, 4ccidental Building � Lo
<br /> Association the sum of �150.17 with interest �hereon from Deeember 3, 1931 at the rate of 10 per
<br /> eent, within twenty days fxom �he date of such jud�ment and decree, that the equity of redempt�on

<br /> sell the said premises at public auotion to Occidental Building and Loan Association, (it bei�_t e
<br /> riighest and best bidder therefor) for the sum of Four hundred seventy-five and �0/100 DOLLARS,whi
<br /> sale was after�vards at the October Term of said Court, A.D. ,1932, eaamined and confiz�ned, and the
<br /> said Da.niel 9a.nders, as 9heriff of said County, was ordered to eaecute a deed of said premises to
<br /> the aaid �ccidental Building and I�a.n Association,
<br /> NOT�, THEREFORE, I, the s aid Daniel 3andere, as 9heriff of Hall County,' Nebraska, in pursuance of
<br /> the order of said Court, ae aforesaid, in consideration of the premzses, and by virtue of the
<br />� powers in me vested by law, do hereby give, grant, and convey unto the said Oecidental Building a d
<br /> Loan Association, its successors, and assigns , the premises sold as aforesaid, to-wit: Al1 of Lots
<br /> One (1) , Two (2) , and Three (3) in Block Thirt�r-eight (3�) in Packer & Barr�s Seeond Addition,
<br /> Graud Island, as surveyed, platted and recorded� with a11 and singular the ap p�rtances thereunto
<br /> belonging, to have and to hold unto it the said Occidental Building a,nd Loan Association, and its
<br /> suecessors and assigns forever. .
