<br /> within and for Hall County, wherein The Federal Land Bank of Omaha,: a corporation, was Plaintiff,
<br /> and ��trick Bre�t�, a widower; Edward �'.Fiannonf First Rational Bank of Aood River, Nebraaka, a Cor-
<br /> poration; Henrq Brett and _ Brett, husband and wif e, tenants_in possession of land describe
<br /> herein, were Defend�nts, it was by said Court at the October Term thereof, A.D. ,1931, to-wit, on
<br /> _the 24th day of December, A.D. ,1931, considered, adjudged, and decreed that in default of the pa ,;
<br /> ment to the t�lerk of the District Court of the costs of said action, and to The Federal Land Bank
<br /> of Omaha, a corporation the sum af �10,0�.91 xith interest thereon f rom Oetober 15, 1931, at the
