<br /> That WH$REAS ,on the 2�th day of November, 1931 , it bein� one of the days of the regular October
<br /> 3931 term of the District Court held in and for Hal1 County, Nebraska, in an action then pending
<br /> in said Cour� wherein the Bankers Life Insurance Company of Nebraska, a corporation, was plaintif ,
<br /> and Helen Mor�tz ,et al, were def endants, the plaintiff obt�,ined a decree against the def endant °
<br /> Helen Mor�tz for the su.m of �16 ,52�.12, together �vith interest thereon at the rate of 10°fo per an-
<br /> num, which said decree w as a first lien on said land hereinafter described, and the Hastings
<br /> National Bank of Hastings, Nebraska, a corporation, obtained a decree against the defendant Helen
<br /> Moritz in the sum of �25�3.�5, toge�her �vith interest thereon at the rate of 10°,� f rom November
<br /> 2� , 1931, which amount was a second lien upon the land hereinafter described, with costs of suit ;
<br /> and
<br /> S�IEREAS it t�vas then and there further ordered in said �,ction that in the event of default in the
<br /> payment of� the above sums set forth in the decree by the defendan-�s , the r.eal estate hereinafter
<br /> described is to be advertised and sol'd by the sheriff of Ha11 County, Nebraska for the sa.tisfaeti n
<br /> of said decree; and
<br /> �fHEREAS the defendants have m�.de defa�.lt in said decree, the undersigned �heriff as aforesaid,
<br /> under and by virtue of an order of said court to him duly directed, did on the �-th day of Oetober
<br /> 1932 at two o� clock P.M. on said day , at the North Front D�or of �he Court House in the city of
<br /> Grand. Is1�.nd,Hal1 County, Nebraska, havin� given due and legal notice of the time and place of
<br /> said sale for nat less than thirty days prior thereto in the Grand Island Daily Independent , a
<br /> legal newspaper printed and in general circulation in the County of Ha11 and State of Nebraska,
<br /> se11 said re�,I estate at public auction to the Bankers Life Insurance Company of Nebraska, a cor-
<br /> poration, for the ��m of �15 ,605. 64, which sale was afterwards on the 13th day of October, 1932
