<br /> That 'GPher�as , in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for Ha11 County, wherein The Equitable Building and Loan Association,of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, a corporation, was Plaintiff, and Ethe1 W.Ha.tfield and Homer R.Hatfi��.d, were Defendants
<br /> it was by said Court at the March Term thereof , A.D. ,1932, to-wit, on the 1st day of July, A.D. ,
<br /> 1932, considered, adjudged, and decreed that in default of the payment to the Clerk of the Distric
<br /> Court of the costs of said action, and to The Equitable $uilding and Loan Association of Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska, a corporation, the sum of �7533.�6 with interest thereof from July 1, 1932 at
<br /> the rat� of � per cent �ithin t�enty days from the date of such jud�ment and decree, that the
<br /> equity of redemption of each and all of said de�endants in ard to the lands and tenements herein-
<br /> after described be foreclosed and fore ver barred, and that the 9heriff of said Hall. County, cause
<br /> the lands and tenem�nts hereinafter described to be advertised, and, sold according to law; and
<br /> whereas the eaid defendants having made default therein, Daniel Sanders, as $heriff of said County,
<br /> under and by virtue of the order of said Court to him directed, did, on the 25th day of August ,
<br /> A.D. ,1932 , at the north door of �he court house in the city of Grand Island, in Baid County of Hal
<br /> ( the same being the place wherein the District Court �ras last held in said County) , having first
<br /> given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale, for not less than thirty days prior
<br /> theretc , in the Grand Island Da.ily Independent , a legal nevaspaper printed and in general circulati n
<br /> in eaid County of Hall, sell the said premises at public auction to The Equitable Buildin� and Loa
<br /> Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a corporation, (it being the higheet and best bidder there-
<br /> for) for the sum of Seven thousand six hundred sixty nine and 00/100 DOLLARS, which sale was after
<br /> warde at the Au�ust Term of said Court. A. D. , 1932, examined and confirmed, and the aaid D�,niel
<br /> Sanders , as ;�heriff of said Co�anty, was ordered to execute a deed of said premises to the said

<br /> The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a corporation,
<br /> NO�, THERE�'ORE, I, the said Daniel Sanders, as 9heriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in pur�uance of
<br /> the order of said C�ourt , as afaresaid; in consideration of the premises, and by virtue of the
<br /> powers in ine vested by lava, do hereby give, gr�.nt, and convey unto the said The Equitable Building
<br /> and Loan Association of Grand� I$land, Nebraska, a corporation, its successors and assigns , the
<br /> premises sold as aforesaid, to-wit: A11 of Th� Et�.sterly 9ixteen (16) feet o�' Lot Nlim3er 8even
