<br /> That 11Phereas ,in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for Hall County,wherein J.H.Yost Lumber Company,a corporation, wae plairitiff , and
<br /> George Bailey,Junior ,Dorothy Bailey,Edith J.Jones,Ed.A.Jones,Junior ,Henry Eggers ,Sanitary Plumbin
<br /> Company,a co-partnership ,consisting of Ro'pert M.Re13y,T"nomas F,Ke11y,Martin J.Kelly,and William
<br /> Kelly,John Doe and Mary Doe,real names unknown,and Paul V�illfams, were nefendante,it was by said
<br /> Oourt at the March Term thereof , A.D. ,1932 ,to-wit ,on the 17th day of June,A.D. ,1932 considered,
<br /> adjudged,and decreed that in default of the payment to the Clerk of the District Court of the
<br /> eo�ts of said action,and to J.H.Yost Lumber Co. ,a Cor. ,the sum o�' �13�3.�4 with interest thereon
<br /> from June 17,1932 at the rate of 14per cent Sanitaxy Plumbing Company �he sum of �350.1� with
<br /> interest thereon from June 17 ,1932 at the rate of 7 per cent Henry Eggers the sum of �37.47 wi�h
<br /> interest thereon from June 17,1932 at the rate of 7 per cen� Sanitary Plumbing Company the sum of
<br /> �97•�0 with interest thereon from June 17,1932 at the rate of 7 per cent within twenty daye from
<br /> the date of such judgment and decree ,that the equity of redemption of each and all of sai� defend
<br /> ants in and to the Iands and tenements hereinafter d�scribed be foreclosed and forever barred,and
<br /> that the Sheriff of said Ha11 County cause the lands and tenements h�reinafter deseribed to b�
<br /> €�d�ertised,and sold according to law;and whereas the said defendants having made defaul� there3.n,
<br /> Daniel Sanders,as �heriff of said County,under and by virtue of the order of said Cotzrt to him
<br /> directed,did, on the 12th day of August ,A.D. ,1932at the north door of the court house i.n the c3.ty
<br /> of Grand Tsland,in said County of Hall, (the same being the place wherein �the District Qourt was
<br /> laet held in �aid County) , having first given due a,nd legal notice of the time and place of eaid
<br /> sale ,for not less than thirty days prior thereto,in the Grand Island Daily Independent ,a le�al
<br /> newspaper printed and in general circulation in said County of Hall ,sell the said premises at

<br /> ublic auction to J.H.Yost Lumber Company,a corporation, (it being the highest and best bidder

<br /> th�refor) for the sum of Eight hundred fifty and QO/100 Dollars , which eale waa afterwards at �he
<br /> �a,rch Term of said Court ,A.D. ,1932 ,examined and confirmed, and the said Daniel Sanders , as Sherif
<br /> of said County,was ordered to execute a deed of said premises to �he said J.H.Yoet Lumber flompan ,
<br /> a corporation, NOW,THEREFORE, I � the said Daniel 9anders, as �herif� o�' Hall County,Nebraska,
<br /> in pursuance of the order of said Court , as aforesaid,in consideration of the premises, �.nd by
<br /> virtue of the powers in me vested by law, do hereby give , grant , and convey un�o the said J.H.Yo�
<br /> Lumber Company, a corporation, its successor�, and assigns, the premises sold as aforesaid,to-u�i :
<br /> All of East Half (E2) of Lots One Hundred SeYenty-nine (179) and One Hundred Ei�hty (1�0) in '�es
<br /> Lawn, a Sub-division to the City ofi Grand Island,Ha11 County,Nebraska, with all and singulax the
