<br /> Know all Men by these Presents:
<br /> That 'G�hereas ,in an action in the Di�trict Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> within an� for Ha,ll (7ounty,wherein The State Savings and Loan Association,was Plaintiff, and Rena
<br /> B.Ruth,Jesse M.Ruth, vaere Def endants ,it was by said Court at the March T�rm thereof, A.D. ,1932 ,
<br /> to-wit , on the 9�h day of June,A.D. ,1932 considered, adjudged, and decreed that in default of the
<br /> payment to the Clerk of the District Court of the co�ts of said aetion, and to The State 9avinge
<br /> and Loan Association the sum of �1700.�0 wi�h interest thereon from June 9,1932 at the rate of 10 �
<br /> p�r cent within �wEnty d.a.ys from the date of such judgment and decree, that the equity of redemp-
<br /> tion of each and all of said defendants in and to �he lands and tenements hereinafter described be
<br /> foreclosed and forever barred,and that the Sheriff of said Hall County cause the lands and tene-
<br /> ments he�einaftex described to be advertised, and sold according to law;and whereas �he said defend-
<br /> ant� havin� made default therein, Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue

<br /> front door of the court house in the city of Grand Island, in said County of Hall, (the eame being
<br /> the place wherein the Distric� Court was last held in sai.d County) , having first given due and
<br /> Iega.l notice of the time and place of said sale, for no� less than thirty days prio� thereto,in
<br /> the Grand I�land Daily Independent , a Iegal newspaper printed and in general circulation in said
<br /> Coun�y of Hall, sell the said premises a� public auction to The 8tate �avings and Loan Association
<br /> (it being the highest and best bidder therefor) for the eum o� One �housand six hundred and 00/100
<br /> Dollarg, which sale was afterwards at the March Term of said Court, A.D. ,1932 , examined and con-
<br /> firmed, and the said Daniel 9anders , a.s Shexiff of said Coun�y, was ordered to execute a deed of
<br /> said premises to t he said The State Savings and Loan Associa�ion NOW,THEREFORE, I , the said Daniel
<br /> anders , as Sheriff of Ha.11 County, Nebraska, in pureuance of the order of said Court , as aforesaid
<br /> � in considera�ion of the premises � and by virtue of the powers in me vested by 1aw,do hereby give,
<br /> grant , and convey unto the said The S-�ate 8avinge and Loan Association ,its �uccessors and assi�ns
<br /> the premises sold ae aforesaid,to-wit: AI1 of Lot 8eventeen (17) , in Hlock Nine (9) , Original Town
<br /> ` of Caira, Hall County, Nebraska, wi�h all and sin�ular the appurtances thereunto belon�in�, to
