<br /> Being the sa.me premises conveyed to The Prudential Insurance Company of America, by deed dated
<br /> April 4, 1932 and recorded in book 72,page 542.
<br /> THIS CONVEYANCE is mad� sub�ec'� to taxes and asseesments for 1932 and to rights of tenants or
<br /> occupants , if any.
<br /> TOGETHER with all and sin�ular �he tenements , heredita.ments and appurtenances thereunto belon�in�
<br /> or in any vaise appertaining, and the reversions, remainder and. remainders, rents, issues and
<br /> ��rofits thereof.
<br /> TQ HAVE AND TO HOLD,all and singular the premises above mentioned and described and hereby convey
<br /> or intended so to be together vaith the anpurtenances unto �he said party of the second part, his
<br /> heirs and assigns forever.
