<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: -
<br /> That Whereas, in an action in the Distriet Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for Ha11 County, wherein Herbert F.Mayer, administrator with the will annexed of the
<br /> Estate oP Augusta Bruchmann Bsberniss , deceased, was Plaintiff , and Otto Pfav��sch and Bertha
<br /> Pfautsch, hi.s wife, and John Doe , real name unknown, overe Def endants, tt was by said Court at the
<br /> �Au�ust Term thereof , A. D. , 1931, to-�vit , on the llth day of september , A.D. ,1931, considered, ad-
<br /> jud�ed, and deareed that in default of the payment to the Clerk of the Distriet Court of the costs
<br /> af said action, and to Herbert F.Mayer , administrator with the ��.11 annexed of the Estate of Augus �,
<br /> ruchmann Beberniss, deceased the sum of �3230.00, with interest thereon from September 11, 1931, t
<br /> the rate of 6 per cent , within t�enty days from the date of such judgment and decree, that the
<br /> �qui�y of redemption of ea.ch and all of said d ef endants in and to the lands and tenements herein-
<br /> after described be foreclosed and forever barred, and that the 9heriff of said Hall County, cause
<br /> the l�.nds and -�enements hereinafter described to be advertised and sold accordin� to lavo; and wher -

<br /> at the north door of the court house in the city of Grand Island, in said County of Hall, (the sam �
<br /> ein� the place wherein the District Court was last held in said County) , having first �iven due a d
<br /> legal notice of the time and place of said sale, for not less than thirty days pr�or thereto , in t e
<br /> rand Island Daily Tndependent, a le�al newspaper printed and in general circulation in said Oount
<br /> f Hall, sell the said premises a� public auction t� Herbert F.Mayer, administrator with the will
<br /> nnexed of the Estate of Au�usta Hruchrnann Bebernisa , deceased, (he bein� the highest and best
<br /> idder therefor) for the sum of One thousand and 00/100 DOLLARS, which sale was af terwards at the
<br /> arch Term of said Cour� �. D'. 1932, examined and confirmed, and the said Daniel 8anders, as ��erif
<br /> f said County, was ordered to execute a deed of said premises to the said Herbert F.Mayer,adminis
<br /> trator v�ith the �vi11 annexed of the Estate of Augu:sta Bruchmann Beberniss , deceased,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursuance of
<br /> he order of said Court , as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises, and by virt�e of the powe s
<br /> in me vested by 1aw, do hereby give, ;�rant , and convey unto the said Herbert F.Mayer, administrato
<br /> ith the will annexed of the� Es�ate of Augusta Bruchmann Heberniss , deceased, his successors , and
