<br /> That �hereas, in an ac�ion in the Distric� Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> within and �or Hall County, wherein The Eguitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br /> a corpora�ion, �vaas Plaintiff, and Edith J.Jones, Ed.A.Jones,Jr. , Ira T.Homan, Carrie C.Homan,
<br /> Harry F. Teeter, Bessie E.Teeter, Cha,rles S.Colton, and Hattie V. Colton, and William F.Krehmke
<br /> were Defendants , it was by said Couxt at the April Terrn thereof , A.D. ,1931, to-wit, on the 31st
<br /> day of August A.D. ,1931, considered, ad�ud�ed, and decreed that in defau�t of the payment to the
<br /> Clerk of �he District Court of the costs of said action, and. to The Equitable Building and Loan •
<br /> Association of Grand Island, a corporation the sum of $33��+.90 with interest thereon from August
<br /> 31, 1931, at the rate of � per cent , � � �

<br /> Ha11 sell the s�.id premises at public auction to The Equitable Building & Loan Association of Gra
<br /> Island, a corporation, (it bein� �he highest and best bidder therefor) for the sum of Two thousan
<br /> four hundred and 00/100 D(?1�LARS, which sale was afterwards at the March Term of said Court, A.D. ,
<br /> 1932, examined and confirmed, and the said Daniel Sanders, as 3heriff of said County, wae ordered
<br /> �o execute a deed of said premises to the said The Equitab le building & Loan Associa�ion of Grand
<br /> � Island, a corporation,
<br /> OW THEREFORE I the said Daniel Sanders , as Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursuance of

<br /> the order of said Oourt , as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises , and by virtue of the
<br /> povaere in me vested by law, do hereby give, grant, and convey unto the said The Equitable Bui�tdin
