<br /> That Whereas, in an action in th� D.istrict Court-of� the Eleventh Judicial Diatrict of Nebraaka,
<br /> wi�hin and for Hall C�ounty, where3.�n The First National Bank of Grand Island,a corporation, waa
<br /> Plaintiff, and Lorin W.Thompson and John Der�anz , were Def enda,nts, it was by said Court at the
<br /> April Term thereof, A.D. ,1931, to-wit, on the 23rd day of Ju1y, A.D. ,1931, considered, adjudged,
<br /> and decreed that in default of the payment to the (�lerk of the Distric� Qourt of the costs of said
<br /> action, and to The First National Bank of Grand Island,a corporation,- the aum of �52�7.1� with
<br />,, interest thereon from July 22, 1�31 at the rate of 10°�0

<br /> John Der�anz the sum of �2622.79 with inte�est thereon from July 22, 1931, at t he rate of 10�
<br /> within twenty days f rom the date of such �udgment and deeree, that the equi.ty of redemption of eae
<br /> and a.11 of said def endants in and to the lands and tenements hereinafter described be foreclosed
<br /> and forever barred, and that the Sh�riff of said Hall County cause the Iands and tenements herein-
<br /> after described to be advertised, and sold aceording to law; and whereas the aaid defendants havin
<br /> made defaul� therein, Daniel Sander-s, as Sheriff of eaid County, under and by virtue of the order
<br /> of said Court to him directed, did, pn �he 31st day of �ay, A.D. ,1932, at the north door of the
<br /> cc�urt house in the eity of (�rand I�land, in said County of Hall (the same being the place wherein
<br /> �h� Di�'�riet Court was last held in said County) , havin� firat �iven due and legal notiee of the
<br /> time and place of said sale, for not less than thirty davs p�ior thereto, in the Grand Tsland Daii
<br /> Independent , a Iegal newpaper printed and in general cirau�a.tion in said County of Hall, se11 the
<br /> said premises at public auction to John Derganz , (h� being the highest and best bidde�r therefor)
<br /> for the sum of Five thousr�nd seven hundred n�.nety-nine and 27/100 DOLLARS, which sale wae �.fter-
<br /> wards at the March Term of said Court , A.D. ,1932, examined, and confirmed, and the sa.id Daniel
<br /> 9anders, ae 8heriff of said County, was ordered to execute a deed of said premises to the eaid
<br /> John Derganz , .
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel 3anders, as Sheriff of Hall (7ounty, Nebraska, in pur�uance of
<br /> the order of said Court , as aforeeaid, in consideration of the premise�, and by virtue of the
<br /> powers in me vested by laav, do hereby �ive, grant, and convey unto the said John Derganz, his

<br /> in Township �.nd Range aforesaid, which lies 9outh of the right-of-way of said Chica�o, Burlington
<br /> and Quincy Railroad Company, and .East of the East alley line of the Third and Fifth additions to
<br /> the town of Cairo, according to the recorded plats thexeof, exceptin�, however , the followin�, to-
