<br /> Judicial Distriet of Nebraska, within and for Ha11 County, vaherein National Life Insurance Company
<br /> a corporation was P1ain�iff, and Dan�el Miars, et al were Defendants, i� was by s�.id Court a� the
<br /> Apri1 Term thereof, A.D. ,1931, to-wit, on the 23rd day of June, A.D. ,1931,considered, adjudged, an
<br /> decreed that in default of the pa,yment to the C31erk of the District Court of the costs oP said
<br /> action, and to National Lif e Insurance Clompany, a corporati.on, the sum of_ �16,996.76 with interest

<br /> a corpora.tion (it bein� the hi�hest and best bidder therefor) for the sum of ei�hteen thousand fiv
<br /> hundred and no/100 DOLLARS, which sale was afterwards at the March Term of said Oourt , A.D. ,1932,
<br /> examined and confirmed, and the . said Daniel 8anders, as �heriff of said Clounty, wa� ordered to
<br />' eaecute a d+eed of .said premises to the said National Lif e Insurance Company, a corporation
