<br /> That Whereas , in an action in the Dis�rict Court of th� E].eventh Judicial Dis�rict of Nebraeka,
<br /> within and for Hall Gounty, wherein J.F.Donovan, �as Plaintiff , �.nd Henry Hein and Bertha Hein,
<br /> his wife, were Defendants, it was by sa,id f?our� , at the March Term thereof A.D. 19�0, to-wit, on
<br /> the 11th day of June, A. D. ,1930, considered, adjudged and deereed that in default of the payment
<br /> to the Qlerk of the District Qourt o� the costs of said aetion, and to J.F. Donovan, the sum of
