<br />   			within  and f or  Hall  County,  v�herein  L.A.Andrew,  Receiver  of  the  Iowa  8avings  Bank  of  Douds ,  IoWa�
<br />    			�,nd  9uperintendent  of  Hanking  in  and  for  the  State  af  Iowa,  was  Plaintiff,  �,nd  Alva  T.Crane  and
<br />    			Verna  Orane,  John  Doe  and  Mrs.  John  Doe,  real  names  unknown  were  Defendants,  it  was  by  said  Cburt
<br />    			at  the  Apri1  Term  thereaf,  A.D.�929 ,  to-wit,  on  �he  31st  day  of  August,  A.D. ,1929 ,  considered,
<br />    			ad�udged,  and  decre�d  that  in  default  of  the  payment  to  the  Clerk  of  the  District  Court  of  the
