<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;
<br /> That UPhereas, in an a,ction in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial pistrict of Nebraska,
<br /> ithin and '�or Ha11 County, wherein The Equitable Building and Loan Association, of Grand Island.,
<br /> ebraska, a cor�oration was Plaintiff, and John S�.Burk, The W.H.Harrison Company, Herman A.Buenger,
<br /> .F.Garv�r, Gus Sander and Harry Facknitz,rovere Defendants , it was by said Court at the March Term
<br /> thereof , A.D. ,193�, to-wit , on the 23 day of June, A.D. ,1931 considered, adjudged, and decreed
<br /> that in default of the payment to the Clerk of the District Court of the costs of said action, and
<br /> to The Equitable Building �,nd Loan Association, of Gxand Island, Nebraska, a corporation, the sum o f
<br /> �3��-.95 �Zth interest thereon from June 23 , 1931, at the rate of � per cent.
<br /> The �P.H.Harrison Company the sum of �45.�5 irith interest thereon from �'une 23, 1�31 at the rate
<br /> of 7 per cent
<br /> erman A.Buenger the sum of �294.40 �ith interest thereon from June 23 , 1931 at the rate of 10 per
<br /> cent. '
<br /> within twenty days from the date of such judgment and decree , th�,t the e�uity of redemption of eac
<br /> and all of s�,id defendants in and to the lands and tenements hereinafter described be fqreclosed
<br /> and f orever barred, and. that the 9heriff o� said Hall County cause the lands and tenements herein-
<br /> after described to be advertised, and sold according to la�; and whereas the said defendant having
<br /> made default therein, Dani.el Sanders,as 5herzff of said County, under and by virtue of the order .o
<br /> said Caurt to him directed, did, on the 22nd day of September ,A. D. ,1931 at the north door of the
<br /> court house in the city of Grand Island, in said County of Hall (the same being the place wh�rein
<br /> the District Court was la�� held in said County) , having first given due and legal notice of the�
<br /> time and place of said sale, for not less tha,n thirty days prior thereto , in the Grand Island Da� l
<br />� Independent , a legal newspaper printed and in �eneral circulation in said County of Hall, sell the
<br /> said premises at public auction to Equitable Buildin� and Loan Association (it being the highest
<br /> �anc� best bidder therefor) for the sum of Four hundred fifty and 00/100 DOLLARS, v�hich sale was
<br /> afterwards at the August Term of said Court , A.D. ,i931, examined and confirmed, and the said
<br /> Daniel Sanders , as Sheriff of said County, was ordered to execute a deed of said premises to the
<br /> said Equitable Huilding and Loan Association
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I , the said Daniel 8anders as 8heriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursuance of
<br /> the order of said Court , as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises, and by virtue of the powe .s
<br /> in me vested by law, do hereby give, grant , and convey unto the said Equitable Building and Loan
<br /> Association, its successors and assigns, the premisee sold as aforesaid,to-v�it: All of Lot Three
<br /> (3) and the north 32 feet of Lot Four (4) in Belmont , an addition to the city of Grand Isl�.nd, Hal
<br /> County,Nebraska.with a].1 and singular the appurtances thereunto belonging,to have and to hold unto
<br /> . .
<br /> it the said Equitable Building and Loan Assoclatlon, and its, successors and assi�ns forever.
