<br /> Judici.al District of N�braska, within and for Ha11 County, wherein Ed.E.Denman was Plaintiff, an
<br /> Wren 1�.McElwain, Ona Bell DdcElwain and Wes 9cott were Defendants, it was by said Court at the ,
<br /> October Term thereof, A.D. ,1930, to�wit, on � the 9th day of January, A.D. ,1931, considered, ad
<br /> jud�ed, and decreed that in default of the p�,yment to the Clerk of the District Court of the cos s
<br /> of said action, and to �d.�.Denman the sum of �6,624.34 with interest thereon from January 9, 19 1,

<br /> sell the said premises at public auction to Ed.E.Denman, (he being the highest and best bidder
<br /> therefor) for the sum of 8ia thousand seven hundred fifty and no/Z00 DOLLARS, ruhich sale was
<br /> after�ards at the April, Term of said Oourt, A.D. 1931, examined and confirmed, and the said �
<br /> Daniel Sanders , as Sheriff of said County, was ordered to execute a deed of said premises to the
