<br /> Whereas, Lloyd �,Kelly, is the duiy elected, qualified and aeting :�rustee of the e$tate of Isaae
<br /> J.�filkins , ba,nkrupt , in procesdings 3.n the District Court of the United St�.tes, for the District
<br /> of Nebr�,ska, Gr�nd Island Diviaion and whereas said trustee presented his petition for le�,ve to
<br /> abandon the undivided one-fifth interest of Is�.a.e J.�filkins, bankrupt, in eguity of redemption
<br /> in and to Lots 7 and �, in Block 115 in' Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall
<br /> � County, Nebr�,ska, which is sub�ect to the life estate of Matthew Henry Wilkins and subject to a
<br /> fi.rst mortgage made by said bankrupt and his wife to �dward W.Hirst, and whereas the Hon. A.�.
<br /> �ayer, referee in Bankruptcy of the United 9tates District Court for the District of Nebr�.ska, in
<br /> • (�r�.nd Island Division to whom said bankruptcy proceedings were duly referred, caused notice to be
<br /> given of the time and place for hearing on said petition in the ma.nner provided by law and whereas
<br /> at s�,id hearing on the petition of said trustee to abandon the undivided one�fifth interest of the
<br /> b�,nkxup.t in the lots above described as burden�ome and onerous , it was duly found bp the referee,
<br /> that there wa.s no equity in said undivided one-fifth interest for unsecured creditors therefn and
<br /> it was duly ordered by �aid referee, that the undersigned trustee �.bandon all cla�m to s�.id undivi
<br /> ded one-fifth int-erest of the bankrupt Isaac J.�Tilkins, in and to the lots above described and
<br /> make �. quit claim deed as such trustee to the bankrupt of such undivided interest,
<br /> No�, �therefore, in consideration of the premises and in pureuance of the order of said referee, as
<br /> a,foresaid, and by virtues of the powers in me vested by law, the undersigned., Lloyd 1f.Kelly, as

<br /> � such trustee does hereby �ive, �r�.ntrand convey unto the said Is�.ac J.Ailkine of f�rand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, and assigns� the undivided one-fifth interest of Isaac J.�ilkins , bankrupt , in and to
<br /> Lots 7 and � in Block 115 in Railroad Addition to the City of Grand IBland, in Hall County, Nebrae a
<br /> sub j ect to the life e�tate of M�.tthe� �ienry �lilkins and sub-j ect to a mortg�.ge in the principal
<br /> sum of �1400.00, dated January 27, 1927, payable t�ao years -after date with interest at the rate of
<br /> 6 per cent per annum to Ed�vard W.Hirst, and subjeot to �eneral ta.aes and special asee�sments, to-
<br /> gether with all and singular appurtenance� thereunto belonging, to have and to hold unto him, the
