<br /> That whereas an execution was, on the �th day of December, 1g30, issued out of the District Court
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, on a judgment in an action in the District Court of Hall Count�, Nebras ,
<br /> wherein Commercial State Bank, a corporation, �as plaintiff and Realty Investraent Companq, a cor-
<br /> por�,tion, Elula C.Gilbert �,n�; �.L. �ilbert . . .° " ,

<br /> were defendants, v�hich judgment was rendered in the Ma.rch term of the District Court of said Count ,
<br /> on the 19th day of June, 1930, in said action in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants
<br /> in the sum of ��437.7�.
<br /> And whereas the Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, did on the 19th day of December, 1930, after
<br /> having found no goods or cha�tels of the debtors or any of them upon whieh .to levy and af ter havi
<br /> endorsed said execution "No Goods" and whereupon said 5heriff did on the 17th da�y of December,193 ,
<br /> Ievy said execution on the re�.l estate herein aftex de�cribed.
<br /> And whereupon Daniel Sanders as Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, under and by virtue of said �
<br /> eaecution did on the 7th day o� February 1931, at the main front door of the Caurt House 3n the
<br /> City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebrask�, (the same being the place wherein the District Cvurt
<br /> wae last held in said countp) having first given due and legal notice of the time and.place of sa d �
<br /> sale for not Iess than thirty days prior thereto in The Grand -Island Daily Independent, a legal "
<br /> newspaper printed and in genexal circulation in said Oounty of Hall, did sell said premises at
<br /> ,
<br /> pu�lic auction to Comrnercial State Bank of Grand Island,Nebraska, it bein� the hi�hest and best
<br /> k�idder therefor for the sum of �15,000,which �ale v�as afterwards on the z5th daq of Februa.r.y 1931 \
<br /> that being one of the da.ys of the regular term of said court, eaamined and confirmed and the said
<br /> Daniel Sanders �.s 8herift of said county was ordered to execute a deed to said premises �o the
<br /> .
