<br /> KNOS� ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS. That ,�vhereas, in an a ction of partition pending in the District
<br /> Court of Hall County Nebraska, wherein Georgia Bryson Bryant,et.ala. , are plaintiffs and Ralph
<br /> Bryson,et.als. , are def endants, for the partition of the premises hereinafter described, the under
<br /> signed Refer�e, duly appointed by the Oourt to make partition, of said real estate made his report
<br /> in wri�in� duly signed, setting forth that p�.rtition of s�.id real estate cou3d not be made �►ithout

<br /> great prejudice to the ov�xiers thereof, which report was dul� examined by the Court and sa.id Court
