<br /> KNO� ALL MEN BY THEBE PRESENTS: That, whereas, iri an action of partition pending in the District
<br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska, �here�n John P.O�Malley, is plaintiff and Cecelia Lynch, et.als. ,
<br /> are defendant�, for the partition o�f the premisee , hereinafter described, the undersigned Referee
<br /> ,
<br /> duly appoint�d by said court` to make pa�tition of said real estate made his report in writir�
<br /> duly signed, �etting �orth that partition of said real estate could not be made v�ithout great
<br /> prejudice to the owners thereof, which report was duly examined by the Court and said "Court being
<br /> satisfied therewith, confirmed the same and thereupon made an order directin� the undereigned
<br /> Referee to sell said premises for eash.
<br /> And in pursuance of said order, the undersi�ned Referee caused a notice to be published in �he
<br /> "q�rand Igland Daily Independen�" a daily legal newspaper printed and in general circulati.on in
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, that said Referee �eould o�fer said real estate for sale at the front 'and
<br /> main doo� of t he Court House in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on the first day
<br /> of April, 1930, at 2 o� clock P.M. and at the time and place sta�ed in said notice, said real esta �,
<br /> to-wit : The �'est Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 11, North, Range 10, West
<br /> of the 6th P.M. �as off ered for sale ae aforesaid at public auc�ion and sold to �a.rgaret Potter,
<br /> for the sum of Sixty-nine Hundred Dollars, she being the highest bidder therefor and afterwards
<br /> ion the llth day of April, 1930, the sa3d Court approved and confirmed said sale and by an order
<br /> �
<br /> directed the undersigned Referee to execu�e and deliver to �argaret Po�ter, a deed conveying to
<br /> her, the �aid �argaret Potter , said real estate in fee simple title.
<br /> � NOW, THEREFOR�, I,H.Ci.VPellensiek, Referee, in cors�.deration of the sum of �6900.00 so bid and pai
<br /> bp the said �a,r�aret Potter, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do by these present
<br /> �rant , �sell and convey unto tYie said l�da,rgaret Potter and to her heirs and assi�ns, the following
<br /> de�cribed premises, to-v�it: The West Half of the Northeast Quarter of 9ection 31, To�rnship 11,
