<br /> Nebraska, on the 13th day of June, 1930�, at two o'clock P,M. of s�.id day, and at the time and pla e
<br /> stated in said notiee and after said notice had been published for more than thirty days , I offer d
<br /> said lands, to wit;- The Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty-t�a (32) , Tot�nship Twelve (i2) Nort ,
<br /> Ra.nge Eleven (11.) West of the 6th P.M. in HaI1 County, Nebraska, for sale at public auction and
<br /> sold the same to John 8piehs for the sum of Thirteen Thousand One hundred (�13,10�.00) Dollars, h
<br /> being the highest bidder therefore.
<br /> And afterv�ards on the 23rd day of June, 1930, said court approved �,nd confirmed said sale and by
<br /> an order directed me a� said referee to execute to said John Spiehs, a deed conveqing said l�,nds
<br /> to him in f ee simple.
<br /> Now therefore I, Warren Riggs, referee, in consid�eration of the premises and of the sum of Thir-
<br /> teen Thousand One hundred ($13,100.00) Doilars, eo bid and paid by the said John Spiehs, and by
