<br /> KNOW ALL I�EN BY THESE FRLSENTS: That Whereas, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh
<br /> Judicial Distriot of Nebraska, within and for Hall County, wherein Nebraska Qentral Building &
<br /> Loan Association, a corporation, �as Plainti�'f, and I£d. A.Jones,Jr. , Edith J.Jones, Or�al O.Roush
<br /> Jasephine C.Roush,. Ra.lph Soderstrom, Otto F.E�leisburg,John Kniekrehm and 3.C.Johnson � 3on and
<br /> John Doe, were Defendants, it was by said Court at the February; Term thereof , A.D. ,1930, to-wit,
<br /> on the 27th day of February, A.D. ,1930, considered, adjudged, and decr�ed that inr�fault of the
<br /> payment to the Clerk of the District Court of the costs of said ao�Cion, and to �Tebraska Central
<br /> Building & Loa.n Association, a cor�oration, the sum of �3694.55 e�ith intere�t thereon from Feb-
<br /> ruary 27, 1930 at the rate of 10 per cent, Ralph Soderstrom the sum af $3313.72 with interest
<br /> thereon from February 27, 1930 at the rate of 10 per cent within twenty days from the date of suc
<br /> judgment and decree, that the equity of redemption of each and all of said defendants in and to
<br /> the lands and tenements hereinafter described be foreclosed and forever barred, and that the
<br /> Sherif� of said Hall County cause the la.nds and tenements hereinafter described to be adverti�ed,
<br /> and sold according to la�v; and whereas the said defendant having made default therein, C.J.Palmer
