<br /> decreed �hat in default of the payraent to the Clerk of the District Court oP the aosts of said

<br /> thereforj for the sum af Three � Thousand Eight Hundred and no/100 DOLLARS, which s�le Wa� afterwar e
<br /> at the March Term nf said Oourt A.D.1934, examined and conffrmed, and the said O.J.Palmer, as
<br /> 9heriff of said Oounty, was ordered to execute a deed of said premises to the said David City
<br /> Building & Loan Association, a corporat#.on.

<br /> order of eaid Court, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises, and bp virtu� of the powers
<br /> in me vested by law, do hereby give,grant,and convep unto the said David Citg Building � Loan
<br /> Asaociation, a corporation, its euccessor�, and assigns, the premises sold as aforesaid,to-Wit:

<br /> of C�rand Island,Hall �ounty, Nebraska, with all and sin�ular �he appurtances thereunto belonging
