<br /> � for partition pending in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Frank Scherer,et al. ,
<br /> are plaintiffa, and Ida Mathey ,et al. , are defendants, for the partition of the premises herein-
<br /> after described, the undersigned referee , appointed by the said Court to make partition of said
<br /> real estate , made a report in writing duly signed, setting forth that partition of said lands cou d
<br /> �not be made without great pre�udice to the owners thereof, which report was duly examined by said
<br /> Court , a.nd said Court being satiafied there�ith, confirmed the same and thereupon made an order a d
<br /> cause3 the same to -be entexed, directing me , as said referee , to sell said premises on the follo -
<br /> ing terms , to-wit : Tnat said pre�ises be sold to '�ne highest bidder for cash.
<br /> And in pureu�.nce of said 4rder, I caused a notice to be published in the Grand Island Independent
<br /> a daily newsp�.per printed and in general circulation in Ha.11 Qounty , Nebraska, that I would offer
<br /> said land� for sale at the Eaet door af the dweZling house located on the N4�t} of Section 20.Towna ip
<br /> 9 , North of Range 9 , �fest of the bth P.M. in Hall t7ounty , Nebraska, on the jOth day of December, :.-.'
<br /> 1929 ,at 2 o�clock P.D� of said day and at the time and pl�.ce stated in said notice , a,nd after said
<br /> notice had been published for more tnan thirty days , I offered said lands ,to-Wit : The � North�est
<br /> Quar�er�_(N�Y�) of Sect ion Twenty (20) To�►nship Nine (9 ) North , of �Range Nine (9� ,�Yest of the 6th
<br /> p.�d. ,in Hall County, Nebraska, subject to the right of way of the Hastings and Grand Island Rail-
<br /> road 0ompany and its successors and aesigns, :
<br /> for sa.Ie at public auction and sold the same to Geor�e Thaden, for the sum of Fourteen Thousand
<br /> Four Hundred (�1�+,�00.00) Dollars,he being the highest bidder thexefor, and afterwards on the 3rd
<br /> day of J�nuary, �930, said Qourt approved and confirmed said sale and by an order directed to me
<br /> as refereee to execute to the said George Thaden a deed conveying the said land to him in fee
<br /> simple. _
<br /> N4�G,THEREFQRE, I , A.J.Guendel , referee , in consideration of the premises and of the sum of
<br /> �14,�+00.00 so bid by the said George Thaden, and by virtue of the powere vested in me by law, do
<br /> by these presents ,grant ,sell and convey to the said George Thaden and to his heirs and assi�na the
<br /> re�,l estate described �.s follows ,to-wit : The Northwest Quarter (NW�) of Sectian Twenty (20) ,
<br /> To�rnship ?Vine (9) North , of Ra.nge Nine (9) ,West of the 6th P.�. in Hall Qounty , Nebraska, eubject
