<br /> KNO�P ALL MEN BY �HESE PRE3ENT5; That Whereas , in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh
<br /> Judicial Distriet of l�ebraska,within and for Hall County , wherein Peter �dohr was Plaintiff , and
<br /> �d. A.Jones,Jr. , and Edith �T.Jones, His wife, Paul J.Hartsough and Estella �artsough, his wife ,
<br /> Hen�amin J.Cunningham,�fm.Sielaff,W.�d. Scott ,H.B.Anderson ,Qrand Island;l�ational Bank, a corporation,
<br /> and John Doe, real name unknawn , were Defendants , it was by said Court at the October Ter:n there-
<br /> of, A.D. ,1929 , to-wit , on the 6th day of November ,A.D. ,1929 , considered,adjudged,and decreed that
<br /> in default of the payment to �he Clerk of the District Oourt of the costs of said action, and to
<br /> Peter Mohr the sum of 17�6.0� with intereat thereor� from November 6, 1929 at the rate of 10 per
<br /> aent �►ithin twenty days from the date of such �udgment and decree , that the equity of redemption
<br /> �f each and alI of said defendants in and to the landa and tenements hereinafter described be for
<br /> closed and forever barred, and that the 8heriff of said Hall County cause the lands and tenements
<br /> hereinafter described to be advertised, and sold according to law; and whereas the said defendant
<br /> having made default therein, C.J.Palmer,as $heriff of eaid C?ounty , under and by virtue of the ord r
<br /> of said Court to him directed,did,on the 7th day of January,A.D. ,1930 at the north door of the
<br /> court house in the city of Grand Island, in said County of Hall ( the same being the place wherein
<br /> � the T�istrict Court was Iast held in said Oounty) having first given due and legal notice of the
<br /> time and place of said sale, for not less than tnirty days px�,c�� thereta ,in the The (�rand Island
<br /> Herald, a le�al nswsp�,per printed and in general cireulation in said County of Hall ,sell the said
<br /> �remises at public auction to Peter �ohr, (he being the highest and best bidder therefor) for the
<br /> sum of One Thousand 8even Hundred Ninety--Four and no/100 �OLLARS, which sale was afterwards at the
<br /> October Term of said Court A.D.1929 , examined and confirmed,and the eaid C.J.Palmer ,as Sheriff of
<br /> said County , was ordered to execute_a deed of said premises to the said �'eter Mohr,
<br /> NOW,?'HEREFORE, I , the said C.J. Palmer , as 9heriff 4�f Ha.11 f3ounty, Nebraska, in pursuance of the
<br /> order of said Court , �,s aforesaid, in consideration of the premises, and by virtue of the powere
<br /> in me vested by law, do hereby give,grant ,and convey unto the said Peter Mohr , his heirs and assig s,
<br /> the premises sold as aforesaid , to-wit : A11 oP Lot Four (�#) in Block Twenty-Two (22) of Rusaell
<br /> eeler� s Addition to Grand �sland,Nebraska with all and singular the appurtances thereunto belong
<br /> ing , to have and to hold unto him the said Peter Mohr ,and his heirs and assigns forever.
