<br />`:,�7`�� � 4. EF�FCTNE DATE. Tlus license agreement shall take effect on the date it is
<br />"J`-°-'�' executed by the Mayor of the City of Grand Island as dated 1�elow. It shall continue for an
<br /> v,�"'�� indefuute term until such time as it is term�inated as provided hereafter.
<br /> r;;� S. TT�ATION. This license abn'eement sl��il terminate ugon one or more of the
<br /> - following occurrences:

<br /> Q, The service of sixty days written notice of intenrion to teiminate by any
<br /> ------ party upon the other party. -
<br /> - - b. The Licensee's applicarion for a permit w alter said improvement or any
<br /> part thereof,unless said pem►it is for work du�to an occurrence as described in ParagraPh
<br /> -=- 3 above and said work has the prior written approval of the Licensor.
<br />� c. The Licensee's wnstruction or installarion of any suucture or iroprovemeni
<br /> - of any natu�te upon the real estate owned by the Licensor except that described in
<br /> Paragraph 1 above.
<br /> Upon the tennu�adon of this License Agreement� the Licensee shall be required. and
<br /> hereby agrees�to remove said'unprovement from the Licensor's real astate at its own expense and
<br /> without cost to ihe Y.icensor. Said removal to occuY' no later than sixty days after receipt of the
<br /> notice of intenrioa to terminate or any of the other occurrences set forth in Paragraph 5 above.
<br /> Shfluld the Licensce Fail to do so, the I.icensor may rcmove or cause the removal of said
<br /> iruprovement from the Licensor's real estate and the Licensee agrees to reimbutse the Licensor
<br /> for all its costs.
<br /> 6. SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS. This agreement sball be bindii�g upon t�e Parties
<br /> hento, their successor and assagns.
<br /> 7. ENTIItE AGREEMENT. This license agreement coristitutes the entire a�reeme�nt
<br /> - tsetween the parties notwithstanding any ather oxal or written agreenients to th�ccmtrary. This
<br /> license agreement shall be amended on1Y in writin8 executed by all pardes hereto.
<br /> 8. CHOICE OF i,AWS. 'This license agreement sball be cc�n�truod in accordance w�th
<br /> - tbe laws of the State of Nebraska and the City of Grand Ysland, Nebraska.
