<br /> KNOW ALL �dEN BY THESE PRESENT5: That whereas, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh
<br /> Judieial District of the 5tate oY Nebraska, within and for Hall county, wherein Paul H.Gillan was
<br /> plaintiff and Edna Geisinger, et al, .were defendants, plaintiff did on the 9th d�y of February,193 ,
<br /> and on the lst da,y of March, 1935, obtain decrees finding there to be due to plaintiPf upon the v
<br /> ious causes of action of his petition the amounts as �ound and decreed therein, together wlth the
<br /> coats of suit taxable to each ca,use oP action; and whereas it was further ordered in said decree�
<br /> th�,t in default oP the payment of the sums s4 �ound due in each of the causes oP aetion, that the
