<br /> the Plaintiff, and Hanaine Sorgenfrei, MadB Sorg�nPrei, Sorgenfrei, hia wife, were the
<br /> DePendanta, it was by said Court at the October Term thereof, A.D. , 1933, �o-wit, on the 16th dap
<br /> December, A.D. , 1933, consic�ered, ad�udged, and decreed that in dePault of the payment to the Cler
<br /> oP the District Court of the costs oP said action, and to Nebraska Central Building and Loan ABSO-
<br /> ciation, the sum of �991.00, with interest thereon at the rate of ten per cent per annum from Deee
<br /> ber 14, 1933, within t��enty days from the date of sueh �udgment and deeree, that the equity o�' 'rede �-
<br /> tion oP each and all oP said defendants in and to the lands and tenements hereinafter describ�d be

<br /> notice of the time and place of said sale, Por not less than thirty days prlor thereto, in the Gr
<br /> Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper printed and in general cireu3��.tion in said County of H 1,
<br /> sell the said premises at publie auction to Nebraska Central Building and Loan Association, a corp -
<br /> ation, (�t being the highest and best bidder therefor) for the sum of One Thousand FiPty and no/10
<br /> D�LLARS, which sale was afterwards at the April Term of said Court, A.D. , 1935, examined and conPi ed,
<br /> �nd the said Daniel S�,nders, as SheriPP of said County, was ordered to execute a deed of said prem
<br /> ises to the said Nebraska Central Bu�.lding and Loan �ssociation, a corporation,
<br /> �N�W, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel 3anders, as SherifP of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursuance of

<br /> order of said Court, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises, and by virtue oP the p��ers
<br /> e vested by law, do hereby give, grant, and convey unto the said Nebraska Central Building ar�d Lo
<br /> ssociation, a corporation, and assigns, the premises sold as afores�,id, to-wit: All o� Lot Fiee O
<br /> in Block Seventy-f'our (7�+) in Wheeler and Bennett �s Third Addition to the eity of Grand Island, in
<br /> Hall County Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereoP.
