<br /> That �Dhereas,in an action i� the Distriot Qourt of the E2eventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br />" within and for Hall County ,wherein Martin Derfer, �as Plaintiff,and John A.Mitchell ,Zelphia M.
<br /> Mitchell ,Bryan J. Iams,Hilda E. Iams ,and Ezra Hochstetler ,were Defendants ,it was by eaid Court
<br /> at the October Term thereof,A.D. ,192� ,to-wit ,on the 27th day af October,A.D. ,192� considered,
<br /> � adjudged,and decreed that in default of the payment to the C1erk of the District Court of the
