<br /> 00/100 Dollara ,which sale was afterwards at the February term of said Court ,A.D. ,1928 ,examined
<br /> and confirmed,�,nd the said C.J. Palraer ,as Sheriff of said Cour�ty ,was ordered to execute a deed of
<br /> said premises to the said John N.Kelly
<br /> N��V,THEREFORE,I ,the said C.J. Palmer ,as Sher�ff of Hall County ,Nebraska,in pursuance of the
<br /> order ofsaid Court ,as aforesai�,in consideration of the premises ,and by virtue of the powers in e
<br /> vested by law,do hereby give ,grant ,and convey unto the said John N.Kelly,his heirs and assigns ,
<br /> tne premises sold as aforesaid,to-wit; All of The North-west Quarter (Nw�) o� �ection Twenty-Two
<br /> �22) in Township Ten (10) North ,Ra�nge TweZve ( 12) West of the 6th P.�d. ,containing 160 acres ,more
