<br /> published and of general csirculation in Ha,Il Oounty ,Nebraska,tkat S would offer for sa.le ,and
<br /> sell at public auetion to the highest bidder for cash,the premises above described,at the
<br /> south front door of The Bank of Do}�iphan,in Doniphan,Hall County,Nebraska,on Tueeday,the 29th
<br /> day of November ,A.D. ,1927 ,at the hour of two o' clock in the afternoon on said day ,and under the
<br /> terms and conditions therein stated. •
<br /> And after said notice had been publi�hed as required and provided by law,I offered said
<br /> premises for sale at public auction to the highest bidder fox cash ,and sold the same to Daniel
<br /> 3trohl and Loura N,Strohl,husband and wife ,of AurorB,Nebraska,for the sum of �1200.00 ,the same
<br /> being the highest bidder there�4�,

<br /> And afterwards,on the 3rd d ay of necemher ,A.D. ,1927 ,the said court approved and confirmed
<br /> � said sale ,and by order, directed me ,�he said eole referee ,to execute to the purchasere ,Daniel
<br /> i Stro�Cl and Loura N. Strohl ,husband and wife,a deed,conveying said premises to them in fee simple .

<br /> �1200.04 ,so bid and paid by' said purchasers ,Danie7. Strohl and Loura N.Strohl ,and by virtue of
<br /> the pawer veated in me by 3.aw as such sole referee ,do by these presents,grant ,sell ,bargain
