<br /> the undersigned Referee , appointed by said Court to make partition of said real estate , made
<br /> report in writing , duly signed, setting forth that partition of said lands could not be made
<br /> �ithott�' g�eat prejudice to the owners thereof, which report was duly examined by said Oourt ,
<br /> and said Court being satisfied therewith, confirmed the sa.me , and thereupon made an order and
<br /> caused the same "to. be entered directing me as said Referee , to sell said premises �n the foll-

<br /> And in pursuance of said order , I caused a notice to be publisned in the Grand Island Daily
<br /> ( Independent , a legal newspaper printed and in general circulation in Ha12 County,that I would
<br /> � offer eaid lands for sale at tne door of the Court House in said County , on the 2�th, day of
<br /> � November.,1927 , at 2�00 P.M. , of said day , and at the time and place stated in said notice , and
<br /> � after said notice had been published for more than thirty days , I offered said land,to-wit;
<br /> � Tne �%asterly One-half of Lot Five (5) in Block Eighty one (�1) , of t�e Original Town, now City
<br /> of Cirand Island, Hall County , Nebraska.
<br /> for sale at public auction,and sold the same to Thomas J. Cunningham for �he sum of Thirty-
<br /> four Hundred Thirty-five Dollars (���+3y.00) ,he being the highest �idder therefor.And afterwaxd�
<br /> on the lOth.day of December,1927 ,said Qourt approved and confirmed said sa.le ,and by an order
<br /> directEd me as said Referee ,�Go execute to eaid Th�mas J. Cunningham,a deed conveying said land
<br /> to him in -:�'ee simple.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE,I ,Herbert F.�Iayer ,Keferee,in consideration of the premises ,and of the sum
<br /> of Thirty-Four Hundred Thirty-five Dollars (�3�-35.00)so bid and paid by said Thomas J. Cunnin�-
<br /> ham,and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law,do by these presents ,grant ,sell ,and con-
<br /> vey unto the �aid Tho:mas J. Cunningham,and to hie heirs and assigns ,the real estate described
