<br /> said referee caused a notice to be published in The Grand Island Daily Independent a news-
<br /> paper published and in general circulation in said Hall County ,tY�at he would offer said land �or
<br /> sale at the front door of tne court house in Grand Island,in Hall County ,Nebraska,on the 3ept�mber
<br /> j,
<br /> 17 ,1926 ,and at the time and pl�.ce stated in said notice and after said notice had been publisl�ed
<br /> for more than thirty days ,said referee offered said lan d at public auctian and sold said land `
<br /> above described to Albert A.Dudey for the sum of ��00.00 cash,he being the 3��gheet bidder
<br /> therefor.And afterwards and on the 21st day of 3eptember,1926,said court approved and confirm�d
<br /> said sale by an order directed said O.A.Abbott ,referee ,to execute to said purcnaser a deed
<br /> conveying said land to him in fee simple; ,
