<br /> Know all men by these pres�nts ,that ,in pursuance o� an order of the Horiorable E.P.Clements;,
<br /> one of the �udges of the I3istrict Court of Howard County,Nebraska,made on the 27th day of
<br /> February,1926,I was licensed by said �udge 'bo sell at public auction in the manner provided
<br /> by Ia�,the real estate hereinafter described;that thereupon I gave notice of the time and
<br /> plaee of said sale as required by law,and at the time and place therein specified,after said
<br /> eale had been held open one hour,sold said real estate at public auotion,to Paul Anderson,of
<br /> �he county of Howard,state of Nebra.ska,he being the hi�hest bidder therefor;that said sale �:-..

<br /> Paul Anderson and by virtue of the powers vested in me by said order and proceedings do by �
