<br /> WITiVESSETH; That b�r virtue of the power and authority vested in them in and by the last
<br /> I will and testament of Anna M.Eriksen,deceased,and in consideration af One Dollar (�1.00) and q►ther
<br /> considerations,to them in hand paid by the party of the second part ,the reoeipt whereof is he�te-
<br /> by acknowledged,said parties of the first part have bargained,granted,sold and conveyed,and
<br /> by these presents do grant ,bar�ain,sell and convey unto the par�y of the second part ,his heir�
<br /> and assigns forever,the following �lescribed real estate situated in the county of Hall and

<br /> said testatrix had in her lifetime and at he r decease ,and which said parties of the first par�
<br /> have by virtue of said last will �d testament ,or otherwise ,of,in,and to the above granted pr�miges.
<br /> 3aid parties of t:�e first part ,for themselves,their heirs ,executors,and administrators,do �
<br /> promise ,covenant ,and agree 1�o and with said �rty of the second part that they are lawfully
<br /> the executors and trus�ees under the last will and testament of Anna M.Eriksen,deceased,and
<br /> have power and authority to convey as aforesaid,and have,in all respeats,acted,in makin� this '
<br /> conveyance ,in pursuance to the authority gran�ed in and by said last will and testam�nt;th�t '
<br /> t�}ey have not made ,done,or suffered any matter,act or thing whatsoever ,since they Rere such
<br /> executors and trustees as aforesaid,whereby the above gra.nted premises ,or any paxt thereof,
<br /> are ,shall ,or may be impeached,charged,or incumbered in any manner whatsoever,exc�pt unpaid
<br /> paving assessments and taxes for the year 1926.
