<br /> Cosgrave ,Paul C ,Huston,as Administrator of the Estate of William Ross,deceased,The unknown
<br /> heirs ,devisees ,legatees ,and all other pe raons havin� or claiming any interest in The West
<br /> Half of the Southwest Quarter (w� sw�) of Section Tizirty-three (33) Township Twelve (12)
<br /> Nor�th,Range Nine (9} ,VYest of the 6th.P.M. ,Ha11 County ,Nebraska,real narnes unknown,were De- '
<br /> fendants ,it was by said Court at the April Term thereof,A.D. ,1926,to-wit ,on the 27th day of
<br /> July ,A .D. ,1926 ,considered,ad�udged and d�creed that in default of the payment to the Clerk of
<br /> the Diatrict Caurt of the costs of said action,and to August Ueckert ,the sum of �5201. 50 with
<br /> interest thereon f rom July 27 ,1926 at the rate of � per cent within twenty days from the d ate
<br /> of such judgment and decree ,that the equity of redemption of each and all of said defendants
<br /> in and to the lands and tenemen�s hereinafter described be foreclosed and forever.barred,and 'i'
<br /> that the Sheriff of said Hall Countp cause the I.ands and tenements hereinafter described to b�
<br /> advertised,and sold according to law;and whereas the said defendants h�.ving made default 'ther�in,
<br /> C.J.Palmer,as Sheriff of said County,under a.nd by virtue of the order of said Cot�st to him
<br /> directed,did,on the 21st day of September,A.D. ,1926 at the main door of the eourt house in
<br /> the city of Grand Island,in said County of Ha.11,(the same being �he place �herein the Distric�
<br /> Court �as la.st held in said County) ,having fixst given due and l.egal notice of the time and
<br /> place of said sale ,for not less than thirty days priar thereto ,in the Cairo Record,a legal
<br /> newspaper printed and in general circulation in said County of Hall ,sell the said premises at '
<br /> public auction to Ed A.Jones ,Jr. ,(he being the highest and best bidder �herefor) for the sum
<br /> of Six 2nousand 9even Hundred Twenty-five & no/100 Dollars ,wnich sale was afterwards at
<br /> the September Term of said Caurt ,A.D. ,1926,examined and confirmed,and the said C.J.Palmer,as
<br /> Sheriff of $aid County ,was ordered to execute a deed of said premiaes to the said Ed.A.Jones ,�'r. ,
<br /> NOVP,THEREFORE,I ,the said C.J.Palmer ,as Sheriff of Hall County ,Nebraska,in pursuance of the
<br /> order of said Court ,as aforesaid,in considera.tion of the premises,and by virtue of the powers
<br /> in me vested by law,do hereby give ,gxant ,and convey unto the said Ed.A.Jones ,Jr. ,his heirs and
<br /> assigns,�he premises sold as aforesaid,to-wit; AI1 of The West half of the South-west Quarter ;! -
