<br /> estate ,made his report in writing,duly signed,setting forth �at partition of said real e stat�
<br /> eould not be made without great prejudice to the owners thereof ,which report was duly ezaminec�

<br /> of the Court House in said city and state on the l�th day of May ,1926,at the hour of 2;00
<br /> o'clock p.m.of said day;and,at the time and place stated in said notice and afte�c said notiee '�
<br /> had been pub�ished far more than thirty days,said real estate ,to-�it; Lot 5 ,in Block 23 ,in '

<br /> Russel �Yheeler� s Addition to the City of Grand Island,in Hall County,N�braska,was offered for !:
<br /> sale as afox�said at publio auction and sold to Louisa Brabander for the sum o� �375.00 ,she
<br /> being the highest bidder therefor;and afterwards,on the 4th day of June,1926,the s aid Court
<br /> approved and confirmed said sale and by an order directed the undersigned Referee to execute
<br /> and deliv er to Loui�a Brabander a deed conveyin� to her,the �aid Louisa Brabander,said real
<br /> estate in fee simple.
<br /> NOW,THEREFORE,I ,'�illiam Suhr,Referee,in coneideration of the sum of Three Hundred Seventy- ';
<br /> five Dollars (�375.00) ,so bid and paid by the eaid Louisa Brabander ,and by virtue of the powe�'
<br /> vested in me by law,do by these presents grant ,sell ,and convey unto the eaid Louisa B�abander
<br /> and to her heirs and assigns the following described real estate,to-wit:
