<br />THAT WHEREAS, a11 of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, David F.
<br />Harders and Debra J. Harders, Husband and Wife, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated April 10, 2001, and
<br />recorded April 18, 2001, Instrument Number 0200103385, in the office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds, Ha11 County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
