201108010 LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY Reference is made to that certain Subservicing Agreement, dated as of 7uly 21, 2011 (the "AgreemenY'), by and between AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC, a limited liability company oxganized under the laws of the State of Delaware and having an office located at 10350 Park Meadows Drive, Littleton, Colorado 80124 ("Grantor") and AURORA BANK FSB, a federal savings bank having an office located at 1000 West Street, Suite 200, Wilmington, Delaware ("Grantee"). Grantor does hereby make, constitute and appoint Grantee, and any authorized officer or agent thereof, as the true and lawful attorney for Grantor, in its name, place and stead of the Grantor and in the name of the Grantor or in its own name from time to time, as part of its servicing duties under the Agreement, to take any and all appropriate actions and to execute any and all documents and instruments which may be necessazy or desirable and which are customarily and reasonably necessary and appropriate, to the extent consistent with the terms and conditions of the Servicing Agreement, in order to undertake a subs6tution of trustee, appointment of trustee, or appointment of successor trustee with respect to any non judicial mortgage foreclosure matters. The rights, power, and authority of the attorney-in-fact granted in tlus instrument will commence and be in full force and effect on the date set forth in the immediately succeeding paragraph and such rights, powers, and authority will remain in fiill force and effect until the earliest of(i) the termination of the Agreement, or (ii) revocation of the rights, power and authority of the attorney-in-fact granted in this instnunent by Crrantor.
