<br />Great Westem Bank is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Tommy L. Ummel, Sr. a/k/a Tom Ummel, Sr., as Trustor(s), in which TierOne Bank, is named Beneficiary and
<br />TierOne Bank is named Trustee. The Deed of Trust was filed for record on September 21, 2007 as Instrument
<br />No 0200708139 in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, conveying the property legally ��
<br />described as:
<br />Parcel 1: Lot One (1) and Two (2), West's Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />Parcel2: The Southerly 37.1 feet of Lot Eight (8), in Block Two (2), Revised plat of West's Subdivision, in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust identified in the above Substitution of
<br />Trustee has been paid and the current Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, TI�REFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />current Beneficiary, the undersigned Successor Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate granted to said Trustee by or through said Deed
<br />of Trust in the above referenced premises only together with all buildings, fixtiues, improvements, and
<br />appurtenances belonging to such premises.
