That Mid-Nebra.ska Association for Developmenta.l Housing, a Nebraska nonprofit <br />corporation, merged into Nebraska Association for Developmenta.l Housing, a Nebraska nonprofit <br />corporation, pursuant to Articles of Merger filed with the Nebraska Secretary of State on October 7, 2011, <br />with Nebraska Association for Developmenta.l Housing as the surviving corpora.tion. A copy of the <br />Articles of Merger are atta.ched hereto as Eghibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />2. That, as a result of said merger, Nebraska Association for Developmental Housing is now <br />the owner of the fee simple title of record of all real property held by Mid-Nebraska.
