<br /> 13. REOl1EST FOR NOTIC�. Trustor hereby requests a copy of any notice of dafault,and =
<br /> that uny nottce of sale lisreunder be mailed ta it at the address set forth in the first paragraph of this
<br /> Deed of Trust. -
<br /> 14. GOVERNMG LA W. This Deed of Trust shall be govemed by the Isws of the State of
<br /> Nebraska In the event that any provision or clause of any of the Loan Insuuments confticts with `
<br /> nppticable laws,such conflicts shaU nat affect other provisions of such Loan Insuuments w6ich can be
<br /> given effect without the conflicting provisions;and to this end,the provisions of the Loan Instruments
<br /> are declared to be severable. This instrument cannot be v+�aived,changed,discharged,os tercninated
<br /> orally,but only by an instrument in writing sigc►ed by the party against wlxom enforcement of any
<br /> waiver,change,dIscharge or termination is sought.
<br /> 15. R�CONVEYANCE�Y TRl1STEE, Upon written request of Beneficiary stating that all
<br /> sums secured hereby have been paid,and upon surrcncier of this Deed of Trust and the Note to Trustee
<br /> for cancellation and retention and upon paymenE by Trustor of Trustee's fees,Trustee shall reconvey
<br /> to Trustor,or tlte person or persous lefially entitled thereto,without warranty,any portion of t3�e Trust
<br /> Estate then held heraunder. The recitals tn such reconveyance of any matters or facts shall6e
<br /> conclusive proof of the truthfulness thereof. The�rxntee in any reconveyance may be described as
<br /> "the person or persons legally entitled thereto".
<br /> 16. NOTICES. Whenever Seneficiary,Trustor,or Trust�e shall desire to g{ve or serve any
<br /> notice,demnnd,request or other commun{eation wlth respect t9 this Deed of Trust,each such norice,
<br /> demand,request or other communication shalt be in writing and shall be effective a�iy ii the same is
<br /> delivered by personal service or mailed by certified n�1il,postage prepaid,return recetpt request�d,
<br /> addressed to the address set forth at the besinning oFthis Deed of Trust. Any pnrty may at thls tima
<br /> change its address for such noticss by deliverins or mailing to the other parities hereto.as aforesaid,n
<br /> notice of such change.
<br /> 17. ACCEP'I'ANCB BY TRUSTEE. Trustee accepts this Trust when thts Deed of Trust,
<br /> duly executed and acknowledged,is made a public record as provtded by law.
